For Kubenthra Jayaraman, an annual zoo tradition with his family took an unexpected turn. He shared, "It was magical! We've been coming here for years, and this time, the surprise of seeing the pandas made it extra special, especially for my daughter."

Some visitors, like procurement executive Kubenthra, believe the arrival of pandas is a positive move by the government to attract tourists. He said, "It's a brilliant initiative. Pandas are a huge draw, and it gives people another reason to visit Malaysia."
However, others, like contractor Tung Boon Hua, appreciate the pandas' presence but emphasize the need for a clean and happy environment for the animals. He added, "They're charming and relatable, but their well-being is crucial."

Tung described the pandas' habits as amusingly relatable, saying, "Their sleeping and resting habits are so human-like. It's adorable!"
Crowd Management and Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience, the centre allows only 50 visitors every 10 minutes. Caretakers carefully monitor and control the crowd, ensuring a pleasant visit for all. Visitors are reminded to follow basic guidelines during their time at the enclosure.
The centre is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, offering a unique and exciting experience for all.
